§ 2-80. Establishment, powers and duties generally.

There is hereby established a utilities commission, which shall administer the provisions of this article and the other responsibilities as set forth in this Code. The commission shall review and assure that the utilities owned or operated by the city, including but not limited to water and wastewater, continue to deliver reliable service, while adhering to sound business principles.
