§ 15A-11. FOG discharge limitation.

No FSE/Permittee shall discharge FOG, or cause FOG to be discharged into the public sewer that causes an SSO, exceeds a concentration level of one hundred parts per million by weight of fats, oil or grease, or that may accumulate and/or cause or contribute to blockages in the public sewer.
