§ 11-8P. Parking for display prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle on any street for the principal purpose of advertising the vehicle for sale. The presence of signs in vehicle windows in violation of Vehicle Code view obstruction standards (see Vehicle Code Section 26708) is prima facie evidence of "advertising the vehicle for sale."
